collected my car from LM on Saturday the 20th April , and I must say i’m well pleased with it , the service I received from when I walked into the show room till I collect my car was 1st class. I was kept up to date with everything that was happening , the finance was set up fast at a rate which was affordable for myself. All the staff are welcoming and friendly and provide an excellent service. Keep up the good work guys.

A fantastic company to deal with. My whole family use this garage, three generations of us! My son bought his first car from here and the after care is second to none. My almost 80 yr old father travels all the way from East Kilbride to have his car maintained here. The staff are first class, from the sales staff to mechanics, everyone has been so friendly, especially the receptionist who is an absolute joy to deal with. Bought a car from LM Motor Company in March this year. The service received was great. Andy explained everything in detail and the car was ready, fully valeted on the day of collection. I had bought the car without seeing it and was pleasantly surprised as it was better than expected. I am very happy with it. There was a window that stopped working a couple of months down the line and when I called Irene, she got me booked in and the window regulator was changed at no cost to me. The service was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending the company to others. They do go out their way and the level of professionalism I experienced is far better than what I’ve had from franchised dealers. Keep up the good work team. Really great experience buying here. It’s always intimidating trying to buy a new car but Noemaan and Andy chatted through the options based on my budget and helped me pick one that I knew was safe for me and my daughter to travel on trips away on weekends but also cost effective for travelling for work. Gave me the best quote for a full service and MOT for my Mercedes and got me booked in quickly. There was an issue with my car which needed a specific part, and they managed to order this and collect it all within a few hours to make sure it would pass the MOT and I would get my car back the same day. Noemann kept me updated with all of this and made sure I was happy with all work done, and the team even cleaned my car. Great service and my car has been great since.

Bought my big mondeo of lm motor company from the first time a walked into the showroom to view car to minute a drove it away the service was first class nothing was a issue would highly recommend lm motor company to anyone thinking of purchasing a new car .

I am now retracting my good review, the car we bought is starting to literally fall apart inside, seat fabric coming loose under seats, trim coming away, engine burning through excessive coolant and other bits & bobs.

My son also bought a car here, same make, model,even colour but a hatchback.

It’s had to go back to them withing weeks, and it too burnt through excessive coolant to the point that the car failed to drive and we had to get it fixed locally because the useless warranty wouldn’t recover it back to Kilmarnock & LM wouldn’t oblige either.

Turns out the seals on the coolant pump housing disintegrated and the warranty won’t cover it, so this car was sold to my son with a failing coolant system because our mechanic says these seals don’t fail for years, so it’s highly unlikely the car got any sort of thorough service before sale or it would have been spotted.

We bought two cars here and regret them both, great service up until the point of real issues becoming apparent and then it’s jog on.

Now we know how they deal with issues regarding my sons car there’s no point worrying about our issues so both cars are being sold once they’ve been thoroughly serviced and had any niggles sorted because we won’t pass on issues to others.

We had intended to take our mother for a new car here but not a chance after all this, you get what you pay for I suppose so by cheap get cheap, and get stuffed.

Look elsewhere.

Excellent company to deal with, not at all like AC who mess you about, Andy at LM agreed a price for taking our car and a price for the Ford Focus estate we were buying and it was all done in about 10 minutes, no faffing and no nonsense hard selling or pushing added extra’s.

Car was given a service (loads of paperwork provided) a brand new MOT with zero advisories and everything was exactly as agreed.

We had a couple of wee niggles with the estate we bought but were told to bring it back in and they were sorted in less than an hour, the car also came with a FREE 6 month warranty.

We won’t hesitate going back if we are ever looking to renew our car and we will be more than happy to recommend them to anyone that asks.
